1. 隐私与数据收集 (Privacy & Data Collection)
我们收集您输入的饮食偏好、忌口信息，以用于为您生成定制化的菜谱和烹饪计划。除您使用 AI 生成的菜谱步骤会被加密保存至我们的云端服务器以供您查看外，您的其他所有个人偏好数据均仅保存在您的本地设备上。
关于照片数据的特别声明：当您使用拍照识别热量功能时，您的照片将被加密传输至第三方服务商（通义千问大模型）进行实时视觉分析。识别完成后，照片数据将被立即销毁。我们绝对不会在服务器上保存您的任何照片，该数据仅用于为您提供当前的热量识别服务，绝不作他用。
We collect your dietary preferences to generate customized meal plans. ONLY the AI-generated recipe steps are securely saved to our cloud servers; all other personal preference data is stored locally on your device.
Special Notice on Photo Data: When you use the photo-to-calorie recognition feature, your photos are securely transmitted to our third-party provider (Tongyi Qianwen Model) for real-time visual analysis. Once the analysis is complete, the photo data is immediately destroyed. We NEVER store your photos on our servers, and they are used solely for providing the calorie recognition service and for no other purposes.
2. AI 生成内容与医疗免责 (AI Content & Medical Disclaimer) 🚨
- 热量与营养估算声明：本应用提供的所有热量、卡路里及营养成分数据均由人工智能（AI）估算得出，仅供日常饮食记录参考。它们不代表精确的科学测量，绝不能替代专业的医疗诊断、营养咨询或疾病治疗建议。
- 非专业建议：本应用生成的菜谱及烹饪建议不构成任何形式的专业医疗或烹饪指导。
- 用户最终责任：用户在按照菜谱烹饪前，必须自行判断食材的新鲜度、烹饪时间的充分性。因用户未充分烹饪或使用变质食材导致的健康问题，本应用不承担任何责任。
- 过敏源避险：AI 可能会出现食材识别误差。用户在下厨前必须再次自行核对食材清单，确保其中不含任何会导致过敏的成分。
- Calorie & Nutrition Estimation: All calorie and nutritional data provided by the app are estimated by AI and are for everyday reference only. They do NOT represent precise scientific measurements and must NEVER be used as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, nutritional counseling, or treatment advice.
- Non-Professional Advice: All recipes and dietary suggestions are for informational purposes only.
- Final User Responsibility: Users must exercise their own judgment regarding ingredient freshness and adequate cooking times. We are not liable for health issues arising from undercooked food or spoiled ingredients.
- Allergy Warning: Users MUST double-check all ingredients for potential allergens before cooking.
3. 账号注销与数据删除 (Account & Data Deletion)
用户有权随时在 App 内的「设置」页面彻底注销账号。账号注销后，您所有的个人数据、私房库记录将被永久删除且无法恢复。
Users can permanently delete their account and all associated data at any time via the Settings page within the app. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

- 终身免费更新：无论未来本应用如何更新迭代，或是否转变为订阅收费模式，系统将自动识别您的设备或账号身份。您将永久、免费享受所有基础及核心 AI 功能，不受任何服务期限的限制。
- Lifetime Access Privilege: This version (1.0 Early Bird) is a paid app. As an early supporter, your initial download fee includes unlimited, lifetime access to cloud-based AI recipe generation and visual recognition services.
- Free Lifetime Updates: Regardless of how the app evolves in future updates or if it transitions to a subscription model, your device or account will be recognized. You will permanently and freely enjoy all core AI features without any time limits.
